Ive still got all the presentation packs ive had off them, got enough 1st class stamps so no need to use them

I use them as well dont worry, come in useful for ebay etc.

Well up to the individual if they use them, but I like to keep the packs, only ever had two off them though.

Yup its easy peasy lemon squeezy :j

At first the instructions can seem confusing but if you need help, ask on here, 1 of us will help you out.

It takes me a maximum of 5 mins a week to prepare the items to post out, and not that long to post them when required.

I've been told to put a certain smart in with an item to post but I can't find it
I religiously put the smarts in the smart holder when I get them and its not there does that mean I haven't received it and the letter with it in has got lost on its way to me ??

Does it say on the website that you have the smart (under manage my smarts) If it does then you have received and logged that you have got it in your stock.

If you cant find it, when you log to prepare your item it will say did you put smart XXXX with this item (if you have it) or did you put a smart in this item. You can put a different smart in with your envelope as long as you log which one, or say you havent put one in, and say you have lost it or none available.

Mistakes for one reason and another do happen. Whenever I have a SMART on my stock list and its not in my possession I simply put another one in and document accordingly.

Drop them an e-mail to say you do not have this particular SMART and they will remove it from your list.

I too received the presentation pack of stamps - interesting reading the blurb that they write on the packs lol...but nice touch
