I have been on the panel for over a year now :D.

None of my test items or mail from Kantar has ever been opened. However, when I get a test item with a Smart in, (in a white envelope)usually the shape of the round coin in the Smart has been tranfered onto the envelope - if you know what I mean - like it has been over a steam roller and imprinted the shape. This is a dead giveaway anyway.

Maybe when sending Smarts we should use the packet envelopes - that way it would be hard to tell if there was a Smart inside.

My post usually comes around 10am-12 midday. Same postman usually. Ive had a few letters not addressed to me lately and some queries about Smart postings.

    6am start,8 hour day,2pm finish
sometimes 2.30 or later for those of us on large duties

seems people moan when posties finish early and moan when they work all day

I wasn't having a moan, I don't mind getting it late, saves having to open the door in a dressing gown! :j

I was very pleased to find that I had 2 presentation packs in my envelope this week, along with my usual stamps. But there were no envelopes to send off the items that they had asked me to post! I rang them and they said just to ignore them in the posting list. I offered to use my own envelopes but she said not.
