:DTo everyone who is 'worried' about not getting their stamps, don't, they will arrive in a separate envelope by the due date, in this case you will/should get them by Saturday. :D

Is that when you received the pack for items to be sent out week commencing 4th May?
  • I didn't get a pack for that week, showing nothing to post on my account after today but still have 5 smarts in stock not being asked to return them?

That will be why you havent had the stamps as yet, as theyre in the packs for the week starting 4th May. Give it till this Fri/Sat and if you havent received your stamps seperately, i would give them a ring on Monday. It might just be that you have been missed off, theyre usually good and if you have been missed they post stamps out to you.

The site usually updates for me on a Friday, so that is when i see if i have smarts to be returned, so if they want you to return any it will show upon Friday.

As i said in an earlier post, if you dont have anything to post 1 week, it doesnt mean your gonna get booted from doing this, theres been times when i havent had to post anything.

yesterday I received an e.mail to say that I had queries to resolve
I went onto the website and the queries box had turned red , I had to confirm that I'd posted the item on the said date and at the said time , I've only been doing this royal mail thing for a few months so this was new to me why did I have to do it ???
is it because my items that I sent having arrived at their destination ??

I've had queries to resolve aswell in the past. I think it is because the item took longer than expected to reach it's destination so they ask you to confirm. I have never amended any because I note the system straight away. Hope this helps
