Its probably because it took longer to arrive than it should take.

I often post things at silly times 3am for example, when i do these crazy times i always get queries to resolve, i just confirm time i sent it and that's it.

I always seem to have a query when I post things on a Saturday. I clearly complete online on the day and give the time I posted (always before the last collection for the Saturday) and they query whether I've posted it when I said - usually on the Monday even before the recipient may have notified them of its receipt.

lately, its strange to me.
i have only one SMART, and post items only 1-2 letters a week. and i dont get so many letters... 1-2 a week. it used to be busier times

It goes up and down, this week I posted 5 letters, next week just 1. I wouldnt worry, as it seems there full, so guess its spread around the work,x

Same here down to posting and receiving 1 or 2 a week. Changed days from posting several a day at different times and receiving enough to fill 2 grey bags to send back. Maybe they are cutting back too.
