I posted something yesterday should of had a smart but i didn't have any in stock and when i went to record it, it came up with a message to say i no longer needed to put a smart with this item!

Is this common? did it just recongise i didn't have a smart spare so removed the add smart status?

I have gone to prepare items several times to find that they have been changed to non smart items on the system:D

Post just been & no stamps, how long should I leave it before getting in touch with them? I have 5 smarts in stock & they are not asking me to return any yet so don't think they are kicking me off (famous last words LOL)

I would give it till next week and then contact them, i dont usually receive my posting pack till a Friday, so id give it till this time next week

I usually get my pack either Fri or Sat so should have had the stamps last Fri or Sat with having no posting pack for next week ITMS. I'll give it til this Fri then get in touch with it being a bank holiday weekend.

I had to phone Joanne at Kantar this morning about a smart in my stock that was associated but not to any of my posting items, so while I was on the phone I asked about the stamps and she said they should come separately and to leave it til Friday and if they hadn't arrived ring then and she'd sort it out for me:D

I read somewhere its only for this month, next stamp run will be back to the large ones

Ive just looked back through this thead, and that was for March...so im not sure if theyve scrapped the large stamps or not lol

there was a message on the site last month that we'd be getting the old 6 and 12 packs.that was for April only but i got May's last week and they're still the same
