Thanks, I will send it all back to Kantar!

I wanted to clarify the procedure because a few posters have said they were told only to return the front page and wrapper of magazines they had received in order to reduce postage costs. I didn't want to make a mistake and send back more than they wanted so thought I'd better check!

Yes i am getting the same, Got kicked off last month too and have had 3 missed calls from them in the last week or so. Im thinking there may be a mis delivery survey opportunity (which ive probably missed out on)

I've looked on the website but haven't seen any

Just saw this thread. I have been doing postal surveys for two months. I knew they wanted the items back so have kept them safe. Do they contact you as to when to return the letters?

You should be returning all your received items weekly in the large grey bag (remember to attach a bar code to the bag). Haven't you returned anything since you started?

With regards to sending the blank wads of paper, as the contents of the large white envelopes are archived, it does not matter whether you do or not.

If they can be of use to you I would keep them :)

    :confused:Nope! What large grey bag?

I wonder if these are the same postal surveys? I get a £5 voucher a month for recording when I have received survey post:confused:

I think its a different one then - this has stamps as an incentive and vouchers for extra surveys

This is definetly a different one. I have done both, but the royal mail one suddenly stopped after about 2 weeks, the other one is done by another company and they send out £5 vouchers and it lasts for 3 months
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
