The sticky white labels will have a bar code on them, use 1 on your big grey envelope, (the send back the weekly post in) if you have any smarts to go back you can put more than one smart in the envelope and stick the other barcode on there.

    Hope that helps x

You ONLY need to stick the barcode label onto the large bag envelope of test items you are returning.

You do not need to put one on the SMARTs return envelope. When they get them back they know they are from you from the SMARTs IDs. Im sure this was mentioned on one of their FAQs on their site. Or on here after someone asked Kantar rthe same question.

Posting schedules usually arrive about 2 weeks before the actual week for items to be posted.

I had stamps in March about the 20th but they came with posting schedule for 6th April, if I remember correctly. So if the stamps for April come with the posting schedule for 4th May, they will arrive about 20th of April I should think.

So you do receive your stamps about every 4 weeks. HTH

  • I was told my them to put one on the SMARTS envelope too so that's what I do.

I have had my holiday dates on the website for quite some time but I have looked & have 3 items to post out the week I'm away, don't know what I should do about it?
