I have had my holiday dates on the website for quite some time but I have looked & have 3 items to post out the week I'm away, don't know what I should do about it?
Just a thought but it does say if u can not post on the allocated day, it can be posted same day next week, may be worth keeping that in mind xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

you defo do not need a barcode on the back of the smarts envelope.i've been doing this for 17 months and i never have done-i did ring them up to ask when i first started.RI don't need to know who has sent smarts back to them-once you enter the info online that you've returned them they're automatically taken off your account0 -

If you are on holiday and this coincides with the week when the stamps are sent out, do you still get your stamps in another mailing or does that mean you lose out on the stamps that month?0

Yes, you get the stamps. The mailing out of stamps coincided with the mailing of items which would have been posted during one of my, few, holidays (IYSSIM) and I received the stamps.0 -
