It doesn't mean you have done something wrong but they are checking some details about the posting.
I get queries every now and then.

I'm getting queries on a Saturday aswell. Had one today actually, told to post before last collection (11.30), posted at 11.25 said "yes" to posting before last collection and within a minute or so it popped up with a query. I would imagine it's some sort of glitch if we are all having it!0

Me as well been getting same thing.0 -
I had a couple of Saturday posts queried and then by chance noticed that the times on the website posting plan were different to the times on the paper posting plan that came with the letters to post. These times are only visible if you tick the "Show Advanced Columns" box. One had "before final collection" on the paper plan but "after 1PM but before final collection" on the website. There are no post boxes round here that have a final collection after 1PM on a Saturday.0

Yes, I am too. My nearest box (which is also outside a post office, so multi-useful!) has 12:30 as last posting time on a Saturday printed on it, and the website confirms - "Have you posted before final collection (this box states 12:30)" - when I log it as posted. As the request for Saturday has always so far been 'before final collection' I usually get it posted by between 9 and 10am. I always then have to resolve a query that it was posted before final collection!0 -

They reported on the website on Monday or Tuesday that there would be no prize draw on of those days due to the weather conditions, it seems they might have had staff shortages or the office might have had to even close. I think therefore they may have a back log this week and have trouble getting all the packs out to everyone. I'd be patient.
Also, the post has had general problems in a number of a different areas (there are also messages on Lovefilm's website about problems), so even if the team at Kantar have got the post out, the Royal Mail may not be able to get it all the way on its journey to you. I'd be patient.0
