Also, what does everyone think of the new system replacing the yellow labels system? (Newbies don't panic, it will make sense soon when the training is over!). I think the yellow labels made more sense for me at this end, but understand the new system may help them at their end! To hold something back, potentially for three weeks and keep checking to see if they have updated there system seems to be a bit of messing around...!
I agree about the yellow label thingy, if I've got to keep various items for maybe 3 weeks I'm going to forget what I got, when. (I'm not very organised at the best of times!) At least with the labels you entered them and then could pop them in the bag and forget about them.0 -
Hai,
I've received a parcel this morning with a load of paper padding it out...
Do I need to send the paper back or can I keep it and reduce the costs for kantar?Like good food and drink?
Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.

I asked about paper etc and was told that if it was in a letter/parcel to post then it should be posted but if it was in received mail then it could be kept, as could magazines etc. It's just the envelope/wrapping that they want so that they can double check the details.0

You have to note on the form if any were addressed incorrectly or delivered incorrectly, then detail those on a separate form. It is very easy and when you see the forms, self-explanatory. That was how the misdelivery survey worked, I presume the correctly delivered survey is something similar. Anyway the voucher payment is nice :j
Thats brilliant, thank you so much you've put my mind at rest! look forward to it now0 -
It may help if you write on the envelope when you got the item, the time & the condition of the item, I do that as I may forget when it came.0

Yes, that's what I was thinking, remembering to check that item each time might be enough to confuse me! But maybe we're under-estimating them and as soon as hit that new 'refresh' button, the next time you log in it may well be able to be logged and sent back! Here's hoping!0
