Mine came in a smaller pack - all by themselves (with the With Compliments slip) in a medium white envelope!!

Every single time I post a letter on Saturday as required by my posting schedule I get a red query come up on it, does anyone else have this happen

Sometimes the time of posting on the schedule ends after the last collection from a box on a Saturday. So you may post in line with the schedule time but after the last collection. Though this should be picked up from the questions as you record the posting, perhaps it is not. Or perhaps you always use the same box on a Saturday and Royal Mail is consistently not collecting when it should.
