I have to send a letter with a SMART today but I have no SMARTs in stock - should I just send it anyway? Thanks.

You just send it and select no smart added when completing your online posting plan.

Yes, I've had this before, about a month ago. I don't think it 'means' anything, they just like to keep them moving and in the system, rather that sitting around in your house waiting for you to have enough items to post them out. hth
