Sounds like there are a lot of new starters today, including me!:j
  • I've also been sent a lovely set of "birds" stamps, they are lovely, I'm keeping mine.

I won the daily prize draw last week and I received my £10 LTS voucher the next day! :j I was really pleased as I've only been doing this a couple of months.

I didn't think we had to input any code when the training welcome pack is received ?? I got mine today, I have just prepared the items and marked them as ready on the website.

I assume it arrived from Kantar in a large brown envelope with the items for you to post?
You don't need to in put these items the items you input throught he items received secton will be items posted to you from other panelists which arrive with your test initals and will start with R....
When you post your items you need to coplete you posting schedule through the website to confirm it has been posted and the time and place of posting.
You don;t need yellow labels for this item.

yep got my pack as well
got to register my post boxes
do I have to do that all in one go and I can I add to it as I go along
also just noticed one says it has to be posted at the post office
do I physically have to go into the post office or can it be the box outside ??

You can add the postboxes as you use them but be careful as you can only have 10 listed and once on the list they cannot be deleted.

It is really worth looking at the FAQ (on the left side of signing on page) if you are unsure about anything, as most questions are covered there. Joanne who usually seems to answer the freefone telephone number is really helpful if you need to speak to a human &, of course, there is always someone on here who will be able to give you an answer if you are stuck.

I agree with you, Joanne is one of the most helpfulest operators on the helpline.

No I didn't get any yellow labels.

As lamb7994 said, you only enter items received when you receive them from other panelists, you don't enter anything about receiving the welcome pack.
