            Although it may say "dry clean only" it's possible to hand-wash cashmere - but in cold or cool water, and using Woolite. You would need to squeeze out as much water as possible into a towel, or better still, give it a quick spin, and then dry it flat in the airing cupboard, or on a towel.
I've been doing this successfully for years!0 - 
            I wash my cashmere in the handwash cycle of the machine and its been fine....People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
