Cheap Parcel Delivery Thread MK3

im seriously considering the parcelcheap option,
just wanted to know how parcelforce pick up, do they make you sign forms etc like dhl or is it a longer process as we do not usually have time for this and usually just leave the parcels out for the dhl man to collect
are directparceldelivery any good aswell??
thanks0 -

Direct Parcel Distribution don't require you to print labels.0 -
When you book with parcelcheap you don't have to print labels. Parcelforce bring the labels when they collect the parcel & you also get a tracking number sent straight away. When you sign up for an account all your bookings & tracking numbers are listed under the tracking tab.0

Just checked tracking of my parcels and everything looks OK.0

We need clarification on who owns rainbow parcels- could be shafi. Anyone can clear that up do.
PPW said PPPs would still be there when the website goes back on line tomorrow evening, if not they will be refunded. I have my doubts and filed claims when it became apparent that Paul was no longer part them. As for whether they 'bought' PPW, there isn't much to buy really.
Yep, payperdrop went late Nov/early Dec and for anyone who used home-textiles last year will remember their 7pm day before cut-off around xmas! So important to get something reliable in place well before.0 -

I think there is few things worth adding to Interparcel.com
+ They offer wide selection of couriers, automatic rebooking system, insurance claims are dealt promptly, their system generates invoices automaticaly in .pdf, all customers who have accounts with them can check their order history and store credit or debit card details for future orders. They also offer same day delieveries with DHL
- I use their Titan service mainly and they had really big number of failed collections lately (don't know why as they were brilliant before), never had issues with international services UPS and DPD but there were few failed collection with DHL. Another minus is that you can't make bulk orders and each order must be booked separately.
Hope this helps
Yep when I redo the first post in week or so I'll add snippets from your post. As for Titan- some problem although only occasionally used, all I can suggest is book early, best to do it the the day before.0 -
