Right, come back into the real world & look at how business works.

Of course its loyal, why would any company listen to a customer whose still in their first years contract? Once thats up thats where the negotiations start as you're technically a free agent.

Up to you, if you want to save money, give them a call.

Firstly who said anything about still being in there first year of contract with them?

If you feel your service provider is loyal to you by making you ring them up to negotiate a deal to get a better price then that's fine.

Because lets be honest if you didn't do that you would still be paying the same price as you was before for the next year so how is that a loyal company?

And why would I want to call them when I'm not even with them?

I'm going round in circles here. The phrase 'you can't fix stupid' applies here & i feel i'd be wasting my effort trying to reply to you. All the best.

Sorry I thought it was quite clearly laid out.

Perhaps if you tell us what part you don't understand we can try and explain it better for you.

Please could you supply me with the name of an isp that automatically reduces prices to existing customers, in order to bring them in line with new deals?
    Move along, nothing to see.
