When the recipe says 1 cup - do you mean a cup or a specific measurement (like an american cup). :-/
1 cup = 240ml or 16 tablespoons or 8oz
HTH
This recipe is purely in cups so you could just use a mug or cup or egg cup or anything, as long as you use the right combination (1 of various ingredients and 1/2 of another) you'll just get different sizes of cakes. When life hands you a lemon, make sure you ask for tequilla and salt0 -
Thanks Galtizz. I will try again over the holidays.

Do you use articficial substitutes? I know some people don't like them but Splenda can be used in place of sugar. I think (although you'd need to check) you substitute volume for volume.0
