Tried it with banana in it now as well - okay but not as nice. Shan't bother again.

aw, thanks. i missed being on here, but i had a bad day friday, stress of xmas, and everything got to me, so went to m-i-ls for a couple of days. then i was glad to come home. ;D

well, I finally got round to making my malt loaf.

I don't think that I did that well :-/ The mixture was either too dry, or I cooked it for too long as the finished product was a bit (or a lot) dryer than I was hoping. It did taste nice though.

When the recipe says 1 cup - do you mean a cup or a specific measurement (like an american cup). :-/
