Made the malt loaf today and apparently it's yummy! Not tried it cos I've got a stinking cold and can't taste owt anyway!

It's a very light colour compared to shop bought malt loaf - has anybody tried the one with tea yet?

Tried the tea one now and not much difference in colour. Both all gone already!

Still not eaten any myself but might make another this after and try it cos my cold easing a bit!

Right - tried it with milk and tea. Both got thumbs up (I still can't taste quite properly but seem okay.)

Going to try same recipe with some mixed spice tomorrow.
