mine have also arrived - used the 15% off code too, plus Quidco cashback - 15 boxes for an amazing price! DD has five teachers, so this was a fantastic way to get them something nice - a £6 box of Thorntons for £2.35, that's hard to beat :-) The whole family loves chocolate so that's lots of Christmas presents too - thanks so much OP :-)0

Mine arrived yesterday. I used quidco and free delivery code so thanks to you all for this. I ordered nine boxes for my daughter's pre-school teachers and all the seals were intact.0

both of my orders arrived intact
most of them were wrapped anyhow - i'm rubbish at wrapping and i like the little bow that thorntons put on lol! 50p extra per box was okay but i wouldn't pay a pound for the wrapping at full price. With the wrapping they look much classier than i could have done them, and will make people think i've spent more than i have

My order is turning into a bit of a fiasco. I placed my order on 2/10 and should have received them by Friday. They didn't arrive, so I phoned them on Saturday regarding this. Someone said they would get back to me on Monday. Nobody called but I received the parcel Monday afternoon. I checked them and one of the larger boxes was opened as I found out when looking for the date on them and the lid came off with chocolates going everywhere. I phoned them about it this morning as these are gifts and it doesn't look too good if they are opened, asking them what I was to do about getting a sealed box. They said they would send out a replacement and I could take the other back to a store. Told them I didn't know when I would be going, so she said either eat them or throw them away.
Doorbell has just gone, so I answered it. A man said Mrs ? and asked me to sign for a parcel. As I am awaiting for a package for my business I just signed for it and brought it in. Opened it up without looking who it is from and it is another 10 boxes of chocolates. I have just sent them an email asking what they want me to do with these.0 -
