had the same problem closed down internet explorer and then went back on and all was fine, went through no problems.

Just tried closing internet explorer and restarted computer but still won't go through. Aaaarrgghh!! Time for bed, will try again in the morning.

Phoned Thorntons this morning and they said they are having problems with mastercard and maestro payments not going through. They said they have been really busy with calls because of this. So use another card if you have problems or call them instead.
