:hello: Evening all :hello:
Quick update from me. Decided I was one spreadsheet short of a full set (what is the collective noun for spreadsheets? An obsession of spreadsheets? A sadness? A sum?). So, decided to do a daily balance sheet as I don't have one which calculates overall balance each day, only offset totals. I do now, along with a graph. Spreadsheet says I will drop below 140k on 28th November, i.e. before mortgage payments are credited :Tand all will be paid off by 26th November 2016 . Have called the sheet 26 11 16 & will rename hopefully downwards whenever it changes.
Mystery shop tonight, pizza (except I had pasta) nom nom nom, lovely food & good service so nice to do a positive one as usually this place is v poor. Also finished off 2 phone ones and picked up a phone call for tomorrow and a visit for Sunday so that was good :T As usual though one company obviously wait for my diary before releasing jobs - in London today, Weds & next Tues, so loads of jobs including my mainline station for Thurs & Fri . It's all piddly amounts of money, but it does add up.
Dentist tomorrow, thank goodness. Root canal work, hope it doesn't hurt too much
Have a good week all

Good Luck with that
Well it's done & didn't hurt though told to take painkillers later on. Am sure she said 'washed down with whisky' but maybe I was hallucinating. Hopefully that will be the end of it

I like my new spreadsheet, it's good having all on the same page
Some interesting dates & figures (well interesting to me)
Own house mortgage will drop below 45k on 1st Dec & won't rise above it again
BTL 1 will drop below 40k on 1st March, rise above it for a few days then drop below for good (subject annual statement, with any luck actual balance will be £7.59 lower then it will remain at sub 40)
BTL 2 will drop below 65k on 1st Oct & stay below it
Offset savings should rise above 15k on 1st Dec, 20k on 26th May
Total balance should be sub140k on 28th Nov, sub 130k on 1st May.
Will try to remember how to post the chartA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Simples
Hope this is clear. By Nov 2016 there will still be balances on all 3 mortgages but the savings should be equal to the balance, so net is at zero. In theoryA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
