    2 more sleeps :)

48 hrs from now will be driving down the motorway 10.gif:)

Got a lovely night out with friends to look forward to Friday :)

According to TPA I have a teetotal treat waiting for me when I get home :(

Have a MS to input & a phone call to follow up but can't be bothered

Also need to pack bag, maybe the thought of doing that will motivate me to do MS first

    Did I mention 2 more sleeps :)

Need a root canal treatment - at this rate I'll have more bl**dy canals than Birmingham. Can't get it done for a month as part time dentist & I have a busy schedule :(

Did I mention I'm going on holiday in 2 more sleeps :)

Yikes. Read Martin's weekly email including a 5yr fixed bond account at 5.15%. You lose 90 days interest if you withdraw but as long as you keep money in for 9m (according to Martin ;) ) you'll benefit. Now, things are complicated for us as we have a BTL deal ending in Dec, but am hoping I can open account now but put savings in later when we know what we are doing . Anyway, have applied for it which is very decisive of me :D

No more sleeps as I have so much work to do, and didn't pack last night :o, I reckon I'll never get to bed at this rate .

This time tomorrow, on the balcony, glass of red wine, baguette & hopefully some olives (my 'man who does' gets shopping for me but forgot to ask for them, hopefully there is a jar lurking ;)).

    Have had a really hectic & stressful 3 days, I can't wait :j

    :hello:Am back :(

Had great time, v relaxing :)

Weather a bit pooey here :(

DD home for weekend & bit off more than she could chew with MS so released 2 for me & picked up another so going out shortly to do these. Includes £10 of free toiletries & pain killers :)

Which is handy as tooth still playing up :(

Listed 2 books for sale on GM & cashed in £8 :)

Ned to find another £27.42 to break 141k barrier, with 140k to be broken next month. Should find the extra as MS money due. That will be another 2 bricks coloured in in my house :)

OH's ISA set up already, v impressed with HL & also Halifax for actioning so quickly :)

Decided not to use the 5yr bond, even although 90 days interest is all that is lost on withdrawal. Maybe next year when mortgages settled. :(

Going back to Smile as my main bank. A&L 1yr offer runs out next month, as does free OD. I have too many little ins & outs to keep a close enough track & not prepared to risk being charged if £2.59 OD for a few days. Looking around elsewhere, the options seem to be to have decent interest or a free OD, not both. So will be going through process after 1st Nov of writing/phoning all DD's & changing. Not too bad as only 14, of which 4 are to same co., still, not a lot of fun :(

    5:)
    5:(, about how I feel really :o

    Hope all are well

Doh . Don't know what has happened to my spreadsheet reading abilities . It's 1st November, not December, we will break the 140 barrier :j

Em, unless I book some flights for next year as they are now all on sale (all bar Easyjet but don't want to go from Gatwick). Stuart would be proud of me, I have a spreadsheet with all prices for when we want to go (19 options of departure & arrival airports & airlines), colour coded etc. :o. Flights are v dear so won't be booking most now as we are fairly flexible on most dates so can watch what happens. However, would like to book Easter (£269 for 2) and summer (£183 or £206 dep. on departure airport) as I can;t see them getting any cheaper. 'Fortunately' all the Stansted options are v expensive so I won't be tempted to go with it then arrive back really late to their hellish arrivals etc. The cheapest (or less expensive ) flights are from my 2 closest airports, so gaining there even if dearer than I had hoped.

Off to compare this year's prices.......:o

Edit, hmmmm, this year's prices dearer than I remembered. 5 flights this year cost £1096 for 2, cheapest options for 2010 are £951. Now think we should book Whitsun as well
