If I give you a list of options for our annual holiday, perhaps you can keep an eye on the prices for me - it would be good spreadsheet reading practice? :D

It will be interesting to see if all those airlines/flights remain over the months ahead; hope they do for your sake.

Well done on hitting £140k very soon.

Has been monitored for last few weeks Stuart, so far £10 up or down, nothing drastic ..... yet

Methinks the flights will take priority. I need money in the account as it is an Electron card.....however that account has a £500 overdraft, as does its' brother (sister:confused: never sexed a bank account although I suspect they are all male :p) . I could transfer over the overdraft Saturday, book flights then transfer money out of savings to clear OD once I had passed the 1st of the month, or would that be cheating

Yup, flights to Spain for next year.

140 barrier will be next month as DS has borrowed £500

Deefa, have a look HERE but it doesn't include all airlines. TBH, as I know which airlines go where I just went through them 1 by 1.

:hello: hello peeps, still here :hello:

So, 1st Nov total mortgage debt came in at £140,355.04 _pale_. :(

Still, DS should be paying me back £500 shortly so will go below 140k :)

If it wasn't for the 3 flights to Spain booked :o:(

But there is one lot of rent to come in :)

And one bill to go out :(

Can't be *rsed working out permutations so will wait to see how it pans out, it will be below 140k 1st Dec which is the main thing :)

In other matters, have been sorting out bank accounts. A&L 6% ends this month so have decided to go back to Smile. have started transferring DD's, luckily most can be done on line. Have also swapped over all other income to A&L (worth keeping as 1 MS co needs you to have A&L account). Will use that account for all extra income & for all MS spends, will keep a float in there & transfer extra out every two weeks. Should make life simpler :)

Work a bit yuk at the mo, may be drafted back into old job for a while _pale_. Which will serve me right for moaning about the problems in that dept. :o:(

However, we have introduced (somewhat inflexible ) flexi time which I intend to utilise. Finished early today & did MS on the way home :)

Had an enquiry about apartment for Dec. Was Spanish, so had to use my best Spanish skills (i.e. Google translate :rotfl:). They haven't replied :(

Two MS to do at lunchtime tomorrow, plus two phone calls :)

Away tomorrow night so nice employer is buying me dinner :kisses3: and I will be going for swim as well. Actually, I am going for swim tomorrow morning as well, two lots of exercise as a penance for not going on wiifit tomorrow. Although may go on wiifit in morning which would save me money :)

I think the :) just have it :j

    :TV quick update.

Just logged on to egg money to see if anyone had deposited 100k in my accounts. They hadn't . I did however do a quick working out. The 2 mortgages with Egg which I can see on there (relating to our house & 1 BTL but both are actually on our house IFSWIM) = £113,973.50

Offset savings in various pots = £14,112.31

    Net balance = £99,861.18

Yeah, haven't broken 140k barrier overall but this is another little progress marker :T

I owe less than 100k on my house...... hm, that doesn't sound very impressive somehow :o
