So, did a bookies mystery shop and won my bet.....
Now I've had an email from O2 saying I've won a phone from a comp I entered from a mag I picked up in store while doing another mystery shop :j....
Am doing some car mystery shops in a week or two, here's hoping there's a comp going in the showroom :rotfl:
Good shopping day today - cereal bars & salad dressing all 1/2 price in Mr T's and BOGOF shampoo/conditioner in Boots, pointed out by the nice assistant when I took shampoo to till as it wasn't on shelf edge. So :beer: to her.
Hopefully booking some work trips shortly so will be weighing up quidco, pigsback & loyalty card options over next day or two. I need 3 more nights in Holiday Inn or Express to get top status which means they guarantee you a room at short notice which would be handy. However, you can no longer get piggypoints and HIE points on same booking.
Also had online registration through post () for building society account so will try to sort that out now then I can [strike]transfer it out when I think it's going bust[/strike] monitor it regularly (regular saver account so nice to see it go up by a massive £20 a month) Edit: Forgot log-in details so had to re-register
)
Have a good evening all, off to do wiifit now :eek:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Book and Cover come to mind, at the moment the sales staff may just hug you simply for walking in!

:eek: Don't think there's a code for that :eek:.
Actually, I did have a look after my last post and it's only a phone call job - however it's males only, better luck next time. Although haven't met a car salesman yet I'd like to hug me :rolleyes:.

i gave up washing my car when the car kept giving up on me! that was several years ago now and i am pretty convinced that the dirt is the only thing holding it together...:rotfl:
well done on the mystery shops...i may start them myself soon..just need to get rid of my aversion to shopping first...:rolleyes: thats probably the reason i ended up in such a financial mess at one point...hated it so much that just went into first place i found and bought whatever i wanted regardless of the price..:eek:
oh well...guess that is just another of the areas that would read 'could do better'.....:rotfl:0 -

Frazz, it's a bit like buses - they all come along at once.
Just done one for a mortgage co which was v good, and one for a bank which was ok service wise, but dreadful product wise...... do I want to open a savings account at 2.2% interest.... hmmm, get back to you on that one :think:
Car has passed MOT - apart from a front number plate which is no more cracked than it was 3 yrs ago, plus some fault yet to be determined with brake lights. Waiting on phonecall to say service & brake pads done, also the price _pale_. Warning - there may be tears later

hope the mot bill was okay...i have also noticed that things which were 'acceptable' last time and haven't deteriorated since are worthy of failure the next time....i've started to take it to the same garage and then i can (and do!!) point it out to them!!0
