  • I ordered a CD on the 14th of Nov through the Nectar website, using my points. Still haven't received anything so sent them an email today. Will see if I get back anything, otherwise I will complain through Nectar, see if that does anything.

    Normally I wouldn't order through CD Wow, just did it as it's Nectar's partner. Give me Amazon and Play any day. Good value and never any issues.

    I purchased some perfume through CDWow, and have been waiting since the 7th of December for a delivery. I have emailed them three times and haven't received a response.

    Fortunately, I used a Mastercard CC for the purchase and will go through them for a refund. I am willing to wait longer for Royal Mail since I know this is a busy time of year.

    Same sort of problems here. Ordered a CD on December 7th, apparently dispatched in the 9th, but not yet received (18th today).
    Two days ago I queried this but not yet had a reply. Totally unacceptable. Will wait the 21 days if need be, then get a refund through American Express.

    Someone should email Nectar too, they should not be promoting businesses like this.

  • I dont usually deal with them but ordered 2 dvds for my little boy for xmas through Nectar points.
    I have eventually received the dvds but it took almost 3 weeks for them to get here even though it says it is usually 5 to 7 days.
    I did email them after 2 weeks but was told that they only investigate after 21 days.
  • CD Bang are anout the same waited & waited emailed & no reply only then do I check on the company & it seems a common problem
    Theres only two rules to remember
    1) Im always right
    2) See rule 1

    am having the same problem oredered on the 1st december cdwow sent a email saying despatched on the 9th december ive emailed them 3 times now no reply and still waiting for my order.i will never be shopping with this company again.my order was £50 it was for cds to send away to relitives.i carnt afford to go out and buy them again and its a bit late to send them buy royal mail.they where so keen to take the money strait away.well thats my rant for today lol happy christmas all

    I just wanted to add my two-pence worth and say that not all orders go wrong. I was interested in ordering some Stila make up from CD wow and having read lots of bad reviews about the company I decided to e-mail them to ask if the items were in stock ready for dispatch and where in the world they would be dispatched from. I got a reply within hours stating one of my items were in stock ready to dispatch from Hong Kong. I paid by CC and received my make up a week later. It was well packaged and the make up was even gift wrapped in christmas paper - nice little touch I thought. So one pleasant, simple transaction in a host of bad ones I see.

    Glad to see somebody get a quick reply to an email. I emailed them 3 days ago telling them that I wanted my money back as the 2 CD's I ordered in november with a dispatch date of 28 november still havent arrived, and guess what?, no reply, suprise suprise!!!!
    Mummy to 4 beautiful but expensive children ;)

    I sent an email of inquiry on the 17th of December and just now got this response:

  • Hello I ordered a cd on the 7th of december and it said it was despatched on the 8th still not recieved it and its ment to be a christmas present. Sent an email to them 2 days ago and not herd anything back.

    I purchased the cd with a visa debit card, does this still work like a credit card since its visa and would I be able to get my money back and could someone please explain who I would need to contact about that?
