Avoid these! - I made a mistake of ordering CD's and realised as soon as it had gone through that my old address was in their data base.
I changed it straight away, sent them an email explaining the situation, 2 days later they sent out 1 CD to the old address!

The other 2 were out of stock - I emailed asking for a cancellation of the order, they replied with the cancellation, saying I will be refunded.

4 days later - they send an email confirming items have been sent! TO MY OLD ADDRESS!

1 week later and they havent yet refunded me - they are asking me for a refund form and the items to be sent back, even though they have gone to my old address, it has all been their mistakes that this has gone as far as it has.

I will never again use this site for purchases, I used Play.com, since for the CD's, they arrived within 2 days!

Avoid like the plague CD WOW, because if you make a mistake, you have NO CHANCE of getting any sort of sense out of them.:mad:

You can hardly say its all their fault, it was you that didn't update your address before you ordered!

Been waiting 16 days for my CD's which is totally unacceptable, even from abroad. And they ignore emails. The worst company ever.

OP posted over a year ago. Hey, maybe the case is about to go to trial!

I ordered 2 Cd's on the 24th Nov apparently on mu account it says they have been dispatched on the 28th November. Even with snail mail its taking a long time. They say I should have it between 5-7 days and they wont investigate until after 21 days. He ho only nine days till I can start a investigation. Then they wont be able to do anything as its christmas!

I'm the same, ordered on 19th Nov, dispatched on 24th and still not arrived, they ignored my first email but did reply to my second to wait until the 21 days were up from dispatch which is another 5 days away yet.

I never had this issue with them in the past always got things pretty quickly

I also have this problem. Item ordered 17th November. Had 2 emails saying wait until 21 days. Twenty one days up, emailed them on Monday - No reply!

Luckily I paid on Visa so hope to get my money back from them.

I am in the same boat too, mine 2 CD's were apparently dispatched on 28 november, when I emailed they said I have to wait 21 days. I paid on paypal, I take it I will be covered by them for that?

Oh dear I don't deal with them anyway, I trust only EBay & play.com
