Just received an email from Argos.
They are selling the Lite On Dvd recorder for £119.99 plus they have their voucher offer on again so you would get a £10 voucher too. Effectively making the cost £109.99

bought this yesterday at 149.99 just rang up to cancel, then tried to re-order but they are out of stock for home delivery now, managed to reserve one in local store. Well spotted thanks thats saved me £30.

No RGB in is true, can't remember about out from what I read previously.

And no, it's a DVD recorder so different than a CD recorder in terms of how it burns

Thats a shame as I want to record speech to an audio CD, but it is for a group of older people who need a box that will work just like a tape recorder. It seems that CD-Recorders are hard to find and cost more than a DVD-writer.

Just to confirm that I just bought one of these in Wakefield today, my bro-in-law bought one in pontefract. Both our models have got RGB, fully wired 21 pin scarts in / out. I think all the non -rgb stories relate to pre-april 2004 models, this is august and 100% has rgb in / out

Other cheap DVD players Argos have are the DVD-VCR combi. Cat No 533.3435, Was £79.99 last time i was in work (tuesday) but have just checked the argos website and it says it's price is £99.99.

Also Multi region DVD player. Will play copies but not VCD's. Cat No 533.4025. only £25.
