    I am at the ski club all day as it is race day - but I was thinking of doing twice round the lake.........?

    We managed 4 miles fairly easily on Tuesday so we must be ready to do 6 miles.......but if it is too much for us, we can do once round the lake then go back for coffee!

    We'll need to take it steady anyway if we are upping the distance, so if we end up doing an easy 3 miles instead of a 6 miler, then so be it! I will be there from 9, so let me know what time you want to get going?
