    Have been to weigh in:

    weight lost this week.....2.5lbs
    weight lost in total.....4lbs
    weight now.......11stone 1lb

    reward.......big fat almond croissant and a latte......had to be done, as it was a mystery shop, so all in the interest of becoming debt free, obviously!!!
