I've been out all day, so not even thought about the ironing.......well, I have thought about it but very quickly pushed that thought right out of my head :o

I have decluttered 8 things though - someway short of the daily target, so I will try and work on that a bit before I go to bed.

Well, its *kind of* dfw to think about the decluttering. Like, I've thought about the listing on ebay - but haven't actually done it, see? It works!

Glad you managed the run again without stopping, thats good news. I just try to walk quickly everywhere :D

    Hi KC!

I am not very quick at the old running, but I am very pleased at progress made this week - gives me something to build on, for sure!

Hopefully the next week will be just as good - I am going to aim for the same sort of distances, but hoping for them to feel a little easier!

Next week I have a couple of other jobs to do - a pamper evening on Tuesday, my fortnightly "downloads" meeting on Thursday evening, and I am teaching on Saturday (nothing prepared for that yet, so lots to do!) so I must make sure I am organised enough to get my running in without jeopardising all the other things I need to be doing!

Oh, and the students parents are coming to visit on Sunday

Hey madam don't do yourself down, we were going at quite a pace today, we're not plodders by an stretch of the imagination, except for in the beginning, we seem to get quicker as we are going!!!

Hopefully the next week will be just as good - I am going to aim for the same sort of distances, but hoping for them to feel a little easier! they will do, we've only done each distance once. 3.5 miles will soon be a diddle. :D

Can you give me some hints on the way round? ;) I find that is generally the reason my running suffers or goes by the wayside, work gets in the way instead, am really pleased i've found my running partner now, it drags me outta bed on a sunday morning!! Just had the worlds biggest cauliflower cheese and salad by way of fuel!!

Oh, and the students parents are coming to visit on Sunday    panic ye not, i've seen the house, you will be fine.

Considering how tough I found the run this morning, and how much PAIN I was in by the time we finished, I don't ache nearly as much as I expected to.

    Ask me again tomorrow..........:rotfl:

I think I can fit in..........Monday - round the block, poss 2 or 3 miles. Wednesday.............3 miles round your way. Maybe even a half mile extra if that is the way the loop takes us! Friday - how about that 5 mile run we did last week? Saturday I might do the lake again after teaching........then Sunday.......well, let's not get too ahead of ourselves :D

Wow.... thats very impressive you know, but of course if you're actually going to do a marathon, thats the sort of thing you've got to do, isn't it?

Still, you've definitely got your work cut out.

So have I this evening... RE reports are *such* a struggle, sigh.

Good progress on the running. I did a 'beginners' course' in running last year and it took us 12 weeks to get up to running 3 miles. It took you and Pania two days! Good for you - the marathon will be no sweat at this rate.

    well, it could be worse!

I listed 4 DVDs on Amazon on Saturday. One sold yesterday, but the proceeds belong to DD as it was one of hers. Another has sold today so about £3 profit..........better than a kick in the teeth!
