Hello to all, it's me again

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who made me feel so welcome this morning. I usually lurk on the depression support thread but to be honest have been weaning myself of it as I think it does me more harm than good. (Had a similar experience on a self harm support website in August IYKWIM). Kept sneaking back for a look on the DST but the events of today have kind of put me off for life I think. Won't elaborate unless anyone asks.

Anyway have decided that I will post on hypno's thread at least once a day every day and they will be lovely, healthy, positive posts lol.

Today I've had a great day, been lovely weather, had a mooch round the shops then hubby took me out for lunch and i'm off to college tonight yippee!

So thanks once again, and love to all (esp. hypno for letting me be here)

Gemmz how on earth have you missed qype these last few days? Have you been on another planet?
