i don't live in the uk so don't know the rules their! but in Ireland and Lithuania if its under 100 sq metres then you don't need planning as its classed as a temperary / mobile home so will only guess that the uk is the same..

Okay, I caught up. Morning all .... I love seeing those plans, I like compact plans that are well thought out. Good life - I think its in Lithuania, so different planning rules, and I think probably a small estate of them from the look of the different piccies. *Really good idea tho, I'd love to live somewhere like that. Minimalist.
Hi Hypno - with your list, 50% is dfw, thats got to be good, and have a good visit with your Nana too. Thats lovely that she has grandchildren close enough to come to see her. And her great grandchildren know her too! Thats wonderful - my Nan had that, since she was 93 when she died, she knew maybe ten great grandchildren, but my mum only has the little baby who was born last month as a great grandchild - people are having kids later, I guess. Anyway, have a good one.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Yes, I will be picking up the children from school and then heading over to see Nana. I am not particularly close to that side of the family, with the exception of my Nana (dad's Mum) but because we are so busy (she is just as busy as I am!!) we don't make the time to meet up as often as we should.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. OK qypeees.........from today, if you say that someone's review is "well written" or "helpful" that person gets an extra point.....which is a really good way to bump up people's points levels.
So, for example, I have just said that Seaxwyn's reviews are all well written (well, you wouldn't expect anything less!) and as a result her points have bumped up by 50 or so! Not bad!!!
So get clicking for your fellow MSE wannabe-ninjasSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Thanks so much for all the 'well writtens' Hypno. I trust you read them carefully before deciding.
I'll return the favour to all those who are nudging ninja status. Is there anything beyond Ninja does anyone know?
I've enjoyed reading people's reviews and seen a new side to people. Walshyboy has been to every bar in Soho, Pandapaws every branch of TK Maxx in the country, and Karmacat has deep insights into every railway station in London!
I've got to keep off Qype today though - I've lost the best part of two days to it, causing a backlog in other work which I need to address.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Yeah, there's hundreds of bars in soho... Literally, hundreds! But what can you do when you're bored at work in centre point and that kind of alcoholic temptation is but metres from the office door!? :rotfl:
And it got me my ninja... I'm actually more excited about the ninja than I am about anything else! Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!
Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!
How do you amass £70k in a year?! :eek:0 -
I have a confession to make. I don't really know what a ninja is.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620
