I don't mind so much people knowing I'm in debt, but I'd hate them to read all the whinging about my OH and see that I write 100 posts a day when I'm meant to be working!

What?! You DON'T whinge about your OH to your friends! :D :rotfl:

Hypno, on the slightly different (but more relevant) note, ummmm... When's your payday so we can go back to this being your debt diary!?:rotfl:
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

Debt diary? What's that? Oh yeah, that thing we all hijacked to talk about another forum that we've all joined. Hmmm.

Payday is on 23rd......usually - but if the payroll guy is on holiday (as he is this week  ) it could be much later!

It's quite, urm, flexible in our place.....not good when you are trying to budget/snowball/survive :o

  • Flexible...

Thank God I'm with Hays... apart from the fact due to the Antiquated system the NHS uses, I have to POST my timesheets to them!

But two week's wages heading my way in just a matter of days...

A matter... of painful... LONG... days... :o

But then I get to update my tags and all will be well!

Sorry to change the subject again :o but how do I sign up for the Amazon bonus on qype? Have done 20 reviews and now think they won't count towards it .

Here's hoping pay goes through on time Hypno. If not you'll have to move into your boss's house and raid his pantry for a few days - sounds like he wouldn't notice anyway with a place that size ;)

  • Well done on the clearing out progress Hypno! Slightly stunned at the idea of a flexible payday - how are you supposed to organise direct debits etc? (oh hang on, some people actually have money left at the end of the month.. so I'm told!)

Seaxwyn - know what you mean about anonymity, less bothered about the debt than the rambling I do about other stuff on here!

gallygirl, if you go to the "my qype" tab, there is then a big "amazon" banner on the right hand side that you need to click on and register through.

Most people at my place of work don't have to worry about running out of money before payday so I don't think it is too much of an issue for them. Oh how the other half lives

Gallygirl, there's a big banner ad on the Qype homepage for the Amazon offer - my daughter clicked on that and got accepted right away.

Hypno, we'll all keep our fingers crossed for you on 23rd. And please cross yours on 25th for my OH - the date isn't flexible, just their decision on whether or not to pay him! And the amount is totally unpredictable.

I've just read my Qype 'Amazon: you've done it' email and it says:

As long as your reviews meet all the requirements (and you've uploaded a profile picture to your account) we'll be sending you your voucher by email before the 10th December. Keep your eyes peeled for an electronic gift certificate from Amazon.com!

So better find a photo everyone!
