    Evening everyone.

Looks like everyone has been flying really hard today.

Went to see mum and she was so pleased to see me. We had a nice visit together.

Did my meeting and greeting and Im sure whole population of the North East was in there today or so it felt.

Mudbath Sounds like Poppy has settled in nicely.

Hugs to everyone who needs one.

Ah Valli so sweet of you to remember (and I'd already posted jumping up and down:o ) I've only been there once, but Thurgoland rings bells-and grandads birthday do is happening at a place called Brooklands so that might tell you more? The family is all based around that area. I do remember DF pointing Meadowhall out when we drove by though.

Been to orthotics. My pedicure obviously paid off coz he commented that my feet seem in better condition in general.:rotfl: He's happy with this set so now he is going to do a plastic type one for my boots and heeled shoes.

The stuff on the bannister is still not dry so Im up for more ironing later-I'll do the kitchen in the morning. DF did the cooking and didn't make too much of a mess. I really want to do some meal planning.

On the plus side I found a shop down the road from us that sells all kinds of beans and flours-really cheap. I even found MUNG BEANS:j No, I have never seen them before but had heard of them...Im turning into a real bean eater-and I love it.

Well done on all the flying you've all done-Toots don't forget to wind down even just a bit.

has anyone seen avinbacca today? Or do you think we've scared him off?
SS tired? Hope we don't need to worry too much about you too now:think:  Hugs hun, and Toots is right-check your iron.

Think I'll go and watch H&A now whilst DF bathes DS.

i've just realised(whilst reading another thread ) that this one is probably saving me money as well as keeping house clean and tidy. Until a few months ago i used to buy all the house decorating mags - ideal home - house beautiful - etc - sometimes 3 or 4 a month at about 2 - 4 pounds each, i would sit and look at all the lovely clean, tidy houses and be a bit enspired to do a bit of housework,, until i realised that all the homes were staged for the photo's and that it is probably an unrealistic hope to get my house to look like those, unlike this thread which is real people with real homes and real lives. (right - another job - clear away the mountain of old mags cluttering up the corner)

think I might get tested for anaemia too actually, I'm tired a lot and get dizzy and stuff very easily! Might be worth checking I guess.

My MACAW for this week is to apply hand cream every night, I do most nights too but this will help me remember. Also going to keep on with the flossing - managed 5 out of 7 nights this week which isn't bad!

    right, off to mealplan

Just having 5 minutes whilst DS3 finished playing tunes in the bath. I was very good and washed all the wall tiles down in there - something I never seem to get round to doing - I used the spray Sarah it worked well but the fumes kept maing me cough and it was really diluted.

No more for me today - kitchen tomorrow and family room.

Bed already been changed on the weekend so will do bedrooms on Wednesday.

Right time to hoik him out and get him in bed.

Do you drink enough water/squash during the day rach? Tiredness and dizziness are also signs of dehydration.

yeah I drink loads of water, I've got a litre bottle that goes to work with me and gets filled at least twice. Often feel a bit sick on the train too, think partly my ears get blocked easily which can affect dizziness etc

I've done some work in the garden tonight - cleared out 2 binbags full of plants that had gone to seed (after sprinkling the seeds over the flowerbeds ;) ). Now I'm going to wash up, watch Wire in the Blood from the other night and get stuff sorted for tomorrow. Hoping to go for a bath at 9pm and be in bed by 10pm...we'll see ;):rotfl::rotfl:
