Lol They've had that many letters of complaint it'll take them till Christmas to answer them!

I have used the voucher twice now, once at the end of august when we went for my DS birthday and then again yesterday for DD's b day which is in another 10 days but as the voucher expired today shesaid she'd rather go this weekend and have extra grub lol

last time we got a large and med pizza, a combo platter garlic bread and 2 ice cream factories. That came to £30, and I paid with £15 leisure vouchers after the 50% off voucher. (I get the leisure vouchers from pigsback)

yesterday we had a large and med pizza, potato wedges, garlic bread spring rolls and 2 ice cream factories, cost £29.98, paid with £15 lesiure vchrs

have to say tho, yesterday we had to wait an hour, then the spribng rolls were burnt, one of the pizzas was far too overdone, almost burnt.
When the pizza arrived there was no cutlery on our table. (We'd already eaten starters withour fingers!)
The ice cream bowls were dirty, I took em into the loo and washed em! No spoons either.
When I was asked was everything ok with the meal, when the waitress collected the plates,I said the spring rolls had been burnt and showed her all the burnt pastry on the plate.
She just said, "Oh sorry about that!" lol

Then another bloke said it was because they were short staffed!

Nedless to say we didn't leave a tip.
The meal was a good buy at £15 but defo not worth £30. there's a chinese rest up the road, which does eat as much as you like buffet, £8 adults £4 children, which would be cheaper plus you'd leave well full!

My husband refuses to go back to our local one, even though the children have begged him and I presented him with the 50% voucher or the chance to use our TC vouchers. This has become a long-term aversion ever since we had three progressively worse experiences at our local branch when our children were younger. Shambolic is a word that he's used alot.

Having said that, I am sure that there must be some wonderfully run branches and if we were to give our local one another go perhaps we'd have a completely different experience. But my other half won't be joining us!

Last time we went, they ran out of onions, peppers and sweetcorn....oh, and medium bases.

Well they are rebranding themselves to Pasta Hut now, somehow don't think it will change much about the service. Personally, I have only ever been to Pizza Hut for their cheap lunchtime buffets, which have always been fine, probably because the food is already out!

Well 10 days after sending an email of complaint (1 hour to get uncooked food that I did not eat yet we was still charged for) I've still not had a response. I've tried to call and the message says 'we are experiencing technical difficulties with this voicemail, please try again later'.

Yeah right, the couple sitting next to us were there on vouchers as they had a bad experience in the other one in town.

Probably overwhelmed with complaints more like it!

Pizza Hut are fast going downhill, the restaurants are dirty, no-one to serve you for half an hour when you get in. The kids had to go and help themselves to the crayons and books as they did not get them and we had to wait an hour for food. I think the best they will get from me in the future is take out!

I'm taking the wife and youngest daughter tonight using my tesco vouchers. Should I have tried to get one of the 50% off coupons instead? If so are they still available?

    Cheers

last time i went they had ran out of salsa and barbecue sauce - very silly considering they have these new barbecue sauce pizzas on the menu!!

    very slow service

when we showed them the voucher they did ask for ID but they accepted a credit card with my name on.
but they then refused to accept it cos they had put our food in the indivisual meal deals. and when we said ok just un meal deal it they wouldnt!!

We went to the Kidderminster Pizza Hut on Saturday with our two little ones. We wanted to give it a try before the voucher expired on Sunday. I must say that we had no problems at all. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The food was nice and came quickly and there was no problem at all with the voucher. They even boxed my 2 year olds pizza to take home as he didn't eat much of it. My four year old ate so much I thought he would turn into a pizza! It was a lovely experience.
    3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

I wouldn't go again. The food and service were both crap and I didn't even have a voucher to use!! I'll stick to Cafe Rouge, their food is great although they never seem to have any good discounts on............shame.

use tesco vouchers- then it's cheap!
