Hey all, NSD no.14/15 for me today, I'm in work til 2, then heading to the gym. Off to a halloween party tonight at a friends house, already have beers to take over so no spending required today!

Could you just "not count" some of your regular unavoidable spends to make it more doable?
I keep my spending in clusters. I know I'll need to buy milk & bread about twice a week so I try and organise myself to get anything else I need on those days as well. (sadly it doesn't always work) and my biggest danger is when I think "well as it's a spending day anywaaaaay I may as well....." Fatal!
We can but try honeybun, you can't do better than your best and all that!

So near and yet so far... I've finished the month stuck on 9 out of 10, after utterly failing to resist the lure of the chippy! Ah well, that's as many as I managed in September so not too bad, and the middle of this month was a bit haywire what with a baby arriving! I'm raring to go for November with my 'stretch target' of 12 :cool:Mortgage-Free Wannabe!
