Rightio, I thought I'd better do a Monday update to get me in the right frame of mind to be virtuous this week as there'e only eleven days of the month left.

It's 13/22 on day 20 for me!

Today will be a spender as we have my daughter's monthly orthodontist appointment which will involve bus fares, some more brace supplies and a consolation hot chocolate and whatever cake or pud looks yummiest in the nearest cafe afterwards. :p

I'm a bit scared that this only leaves me 2 spending days for the rest of the month but I'm trying to think positive!

Next month I may downgrade my target slightly to 20 because I always have one completely unexpected spend a month, (Oooh like a new table or summat!) plus my daughter has the orthodontist every month and I buy milk, bread, fruit and veg about twice a week - every week - so I feel as if I need to allow myself 10 spending days so as not to get into too much of a tizz at the end of the month.

I still feel that I am controlling my spending though, cos apart from the Orthodontist related treats and Umm..the odd great big pine table :omy spends are all pretty virtuous and necessary.

Loving the new stars Lilmissmup! (and I really really want one! :D:o )

    Love Jacks xxx :D

PS How are you guys planning to factor in Christmas shopping????

PPS Congrats Magni!!! Nice work hon.

Finally managed another NSD on Sunday, due to not getting up before midday and BF supplying breakfast and dinner. So I'm up to 8/10. Might manage another one today, though have paid extra off credit card. Should I include that? Won't go from my bank account before tomorrow.
