I am declaring today as being a NSD - I can't see myself going out shopping now!

I have managed a NSD today....resisting the temptation of the Chocolate Machine....and too my lunch to work...yeah!!!

Today is my 2nd NSD
. I had one on the 2nd but forgot to post that 
.
I have managed to do without the morning cup of coffee :coffee:at the train station this morning, by getting Metro (free paper) and then getting back on the train. My train usually waits for 10 minutes at one of the stations while waiting to for the 2nd lot of carriages to arrive. I will just have to try to be this strong willed more often.
I also manged to escape going to the sandwich van, by taking my breakfast with me to work - don't have time in the morning, plus do fancy food at 6:30am.
I'm hoping that having the NSD will not only help me save pounds in my purse but lose them from my waist :cheesy:.
