    Well done to the OP for providing an update - so many times people sit there arguing the toss only for the OP to disappear into oblivion.

    Perhaps you should pursue the LL and start another six page thread on that one!

    I doubt I'd go down that road, my son has left the premises now, I'll let sleeping dogs lie I think.

    If I did I wouldn't post here for opinions. There are a lot of great caring people here but the few planks that just jump on you spoil the place. Can see why other forums have moderators.

    But anyway thanks again to the majority that backed me, appreciated.
