defo try another boots, the lady who served me today, said oh what a bargain, did not know you could get the gift bags too etc...if they go through the tills ok who are they to stop you GGGrrrr

It's a guy on the make up counter I always go to, he's fascinated to see how my points mount up every time and I've promised to take him out shopping to show him how it's done.

I did it on Saturday. Bought 3 gift sets 3 for 2 and 3 free goody bags. also took voucher out of free bag. Was about to be served by manager but had read the thread to avoid so walked around store a little more. It was tripple points but unfortunately no machine in our tiny little shop. What a bargain anway. My first money saving deal. Absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much.

I guess they have had lots of people doing this (Mainly thanks to this site), well anyway I thought I would try it at the other checkout and low and behold whilst waiting in the queue the Make up assistant came up to me and said ' I will serve you over at the make up counter, to save you waiting!!!'
I was too embarrassed to refuse. She said she would have to put them through as seperate transactions (£15 make up set + 1 free gift set).
I did say I didn't really want to use my credit card for 3 seperate transactions, but she was most insistent this was the only way.
I might take my items back for a refund and try at a more helpful branch of Boots.

What a monster!

Tell her you had a chat with your butcher and asked him how come he didn't make you pay for each slice of bacon seperately and he told you only an !!!!!! would come up with such an idea!!
