I got 3x gift sets & 3x freebags today - the SA actually suggested the offer!
what a lovely lady...
200 points for a £1.99 bottle of boots alternative inhalent oil (like albas oil),
100 points for "smile" toothpaste (3 for 2 @ .59p each),
300 points total spend voucher
152 points earned on purchase
305 points triple points offer
1057pts (on a spend of £38.17)0 -
New to the boards and decided to try this. Got all bags, but SA refused to try the voucher for me, as it clearly states not allowed on gift sets. Although, saying that, I got triple points today, so bagged about £7 on my advantage card.
Thanks

Tried this last night and got 3 gift sets and 3 bags for £30. Used 1 of the 250 point vouchers in the bags and got triple points (360) - total 610 points.
Also got Primrose oil handwash for 99p got 103 points back using voucher from the machine. Then got Primrose oil shower gel 99 points, 100 points back!0 -
I got three of the gift sets today and in fact the girl said to me those are on 3 for 2 have you got another there, so she put them through in together and I still got the 3 free bags.
I thought the gift sets were over priced at £15 but okay at 3 for 2. Goodness knows what points I got for what as I had some Smile mouthwash, a meal deal which gave me 150 points and the 300 for spending more than £30.
Funnily enough when I was at the machine it gave me 100 for a meal deal then the next one was 150 for a meal deal, guess which one I used

Annoyingly although I had 3 £15 Giftsets and 3 free bags, I didnt notice until I got home that the assistant had only put 2 bags through. She must have taken one out without saying anything. The till also refused my 300 points for £30 spend .0

I did but was not really sure that it should have done. As I nearly fainted when it would not got through but a supervisor came through saying if something was on offer (the free bag) that it had to manually put the voucher through.

I got mine yesterday and the girl on the till even pointed out before I put them down that the 3 bags would be free. I gave the 'really that's good' face and looked pleased, LOL!! She even commented on what cheap Xmas presents they would be!! Thanks OP0
