did that microwave tip work? I tried it and it was brill! now if i could just find something like that for hte oven I'd be happy. I tried an OS tip of using bicarb that ended in disaster - actually ended in a £40 call out charge for an engineer to chip the bicard crust off the gas burner in the oven to make it work again. sigh. Still managed to attack the conifers in the garden - they're actually next doors but he hasn't dome a right lot(read anything) at them so i asked if i could takea bit fo the height off them. 7 ft! and they are still over 6feet tall. go me!0 -

Right!! This week I really am going to work at getting rid of some lbs!!! Just had some fruit and fibre and jacket potato for lunch. Not sure about tea yet, maybe quiche and salad, and must buy fruit today for me to snack on!!!
I am not going to havea drink tonight cos even though its diet coke....I'm sure the rum doesn't help!!! I am not going to sts this week!!! I will have lost some lbs!!Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:0 -
