PHMS ... you just say you want to be part of the challenge! Then every week, by Wednesday evening, you tell us how much you've lost. Put the amount in big bold colour so that whoever is doing the chart can easily notice it.

When you post your weight highlight the text using your mouse and at the top of the message frame you see a box that says "Sizes" - click on the down arrow at the right hand side of the box and it will drop down showing up some number - click on one of those numbers (6 or 7 are best as they are the larger ones).

Then next to the Sizes box you will see an "A" and a black line underneath it. Click on the down arrow at the right of the "A" and you will see lots of colours - click on the colour you want to use.

Then when you've done that you should have made it large and colourful.

If you need any more help pm me.

    Hi:j

wow, it's been lovely and busy here since yesterday:D

    Welcome PHMS.

Vix, Newcastle area has lots of brilliant shopping centres and outlets, geordies can shop like no-one else (I'm from up there and pop back regularly to take advantage:D. How are you getting on with the dissertation? I kept thinking 'just finish it and I'll be free', even stuck notes saying that up everywhere, lol. I am a bit daft though, to say the least.

Went out for dinner with DH last night, both kids were suddenly out at mates for tea, so grabbed the chance, I reckon it's about the 3rd/4th time we've eaten out as a couple since having kids (DS is 15, lol), mainly because of my hang-ups and anxieties about eating in public. Family/bigger groups aren't so bad, though it's still not comfortable:o. I know DH (and friends) struggles to understand and would love to go out more with me though, so am trying to face my demons:o. Had a 5 ounce steak and chips, it was yummy. Great company but not a totally comfortable experience (sorry DH), a first step towards stamping on this demon once and for all though. Does anybody else feel like this about eating in front of other people? If so how do you cope?

    Have a good day

    Jay xx
    Anytime;)

  • jay11 I used to feel like that, not wanting to eat in front of people, I still don't like to eat in front of my OH friends now tbh with you as I think that they are thinking 'look at the fat cow - she doesnt need that' but they probs arent thinking that at all, its just the way my brain work now unfortunatly :( Even now, if I wanted a desert, I wouldnt eat that infront of anyone except my OH, or my family. So I really do know how u feel
