I too have just bought some Killers tickets from this site. Really worried now. And feeling rather stupid. Guess the only thing to do now is cancel the card. Has anyone heard anything else today?

    Cancel the card, trust me.
  • If you get no joy with the other telephone number listed here try:

    07986 240734

They called us up to say that they could no longer process debit card payments so could we resubmit with an alternative payment method on the above number. Glad the Met have shut their site down, THEY'RE A THEIVING BUNCH OF LIARS who willfully mislead their clients - I hope they rot in hell...
  • Thinking about it now that implies that there has been some form of suspension/restriction imposed on their merchant account. If you have paid by debit card and it hasn't shown on your balance then maybe thats the end of it.
  • Please go to their website www.paperticket.co.uk - it should be self explanatory.
I bought 2 tickets for Depeche Mode £155 for both for May 2009, my bank (Barclays bank) refused to cancel the transaction when it was still pending despite the information that paperticket website has been taken down by the Metropolitan Police. They told me that until the transaction shows on my account, I'll not be able to get chargeback forms. Now that the transaction went through and shows on my account, they don't want to send me chargeback forms so I can claim my money back because according to them until May 09 paperticket is not in breach of the supply of goods and products contract until the day of the concert. Ridiculous!!!!! I'm very disappointed with them again.
  • If anybody has already been stupid enough (as i have!!) to purchase tickets from this website, please call consumer direct for advice. I have sought advice from my bank and unless you have paid on a credit card (i didn't!!) you will have to wait until the event, to start the procedings of trying to claim back your money. They haven't actually taken any funds from my account, so fingers crossed i am one of the lucky ones. My heart goes out to all of you who have lost money from these @&*%£$#!!!!!!!!
  • I bought tickets for Kings of Leon from paperticket, i have called consumer direct who said that they are being investigated for fraud however NO wrong doing has been found so far.

I think its pretty easy for people to pass comment on buying tickets from these places but lets face it how else are you suppose to see your fav bands. Ticket master sell out in 20 mins and you go straight to ebay to see sellers with 20 odd pairs of tickets each selling at 5 times the face value so who is rippin who off ??????

Ticket Master is the biggest criminal of them all
