I came across their website via a sponsored link from https://www.gumtree.com
I was looking for two tickets to Kings of Leon in Brighton and they seemed to have them available so I ordered. Then I researched about them and found all this negative feedback and I'm concerned for my money.
Consumer Direct were helpful but I can't basically do anything until the tickets (don't) turn up. Paperticket will only be in breach of contract if they don't supply the tickets.
There's no phone number on their website but their address if it helps anyone is listed as: Primetime Events And Hospitality Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX.0 -

a sponsored link on a website isn't that original website saying there are good..
buy from fans and check out scarletmist.com as tickets are posted on here when people have too many or don't want them, and they will be face value..

We all know when things are too good to be true, there is usually a problem. I thought, wow Russell Brand tickets on sale just a tenner over the original price, and just became suspicious because of the LACK of information on the website and the email confirmation. I was a bit miffed because I'd had nothing to confirm tickets, just the order, and checked my account - nothing had yet been taken.
SO, getting nervous I rang my bank to ask their advice and susquently cancelled both my debit cards (couldn't remember which one I'd used), because who knows what they could have taken off my card.
Take my advice, avoid the sleepless nights and avoid websites that you've never used before....and check these forums, because that's when I got really nervous.
The banks have swallowed enough of our cash, we don't need scammers to take even more guys.

A bit of further news. I've just cancelled my credit card used to book the tickets I wanted. The payment hadn't yet been taken and the bank were very helpful.
So if you dived straight in on the sight of the tickets you so badly wanted, the same as I did, you still have the security of cancelling your card before the money gets taken.
I know it's a long way round the problem but it makes you feel better, trust me!0 -
if you need a number for paperticket try this one 075 0545 6766. I have stopped my order with them at the bank and cancelled my card too thank goodness I hadn't arranged accomodation and transport yet, I had ordered £300 worth of tickets but it's not worth the risk.0

How could I have been so gullible! Google featured paperticket.co.uk in their recommended links and guess what? I fell into the same trap. As my husband is an avid AC/DC fan thought I'd get tickets for their London gig as a surprise. Have ordered 4 tickets from paperticket and after reading all this info am now worried sick. I did get an email from them confirming my purchase however. Tried ringing the number which happens to be a mobile and is currently switched off and their website is also down at the moment.0

I too have just bought some Killers tickets from this site. Really worried now. And feeling rather stupid. Guess the only thing to do now is cancel the card. Has anyone heard anything else today?0

Have a look in the forum "Vent Bent and Heaven Sent"sub board "warnings and rip offs" you will find a lot of info re paperticket. If you bought tickets with a credit card your money should be safe. I found that no payment was requested from my credit card but I cancelled it anyway just to be on the safe side.. I suggest you do the same. Good Luck!!0
