Has anyone ever used this site? It seems too good to be true... just £10 over the face price for tickets that sold out ages ago and are triple face value on ebay

Do not touch them with a barge pole! we bought Madonna tickets for Paris 20/09/08. the day before we travelled, the tickets had still not arrived. paper ticket have deleted their number off the website so you couldnt ring, and they just occasioanlly responded to my terse e mails saying it was ‘ in hand’. The night before the flight they said if we were still planning on travelling, we could meet their agent outside the Stade de France in paris on the night. We had already booked fl;ights and hotel, so we were going anyway and we thought we would chance turning up at the stadium. We were instructed to meet ‘les’ in a hotel bar near the stadium (his heavies with him called him Chris though). He was a typical wide boy - no record of our booking but gave us tickets anyway. It was a complete farce , and until I was actually through the turnstile I wondered if the tickets were genuine. Had a great concert but the stress of actullay getting the tickets is one I would not repeat. steer clear!!Ex forum ambassador

I would just like to add to the thread on this subject. I have just tried to buy Keane tickets from this company. When I saw the tickets for sale on their website before they were acutally available from the venue and face value I was a bit suspicious. However they sent me an email confirming my order. But a few days later there was a message from their accounts department. The number they have left for me to call them is invalid, there is no telephone number on their website and they haven't replied to any emails so I have no way of knowing whether I will get my tickets or not!0
