    Hi,

I'm new to Pigsback, and have just collected enough points for a CD Wow voucher. I was a bit confused to get a validation code sent by text, as I thought I had read it would be by e-mail. Now I'm even more confused because I can't use this code on CD Wow- it isn't in the correct format.
I'm probably just being thick, but could someone please enlighten me as to what happens next? Do I get an e-mail and then have to use the validation code in some way?

Any help on this would be much appreciated! I was so excited to get my first free CD, and now I can't find out how to do it!
The validation code you have received is to use on Pigsback to validate your Pigsback account, it is not for use on CDWow. Pigsback use this method to ensure that there is only one account per individual and not many accounts used by an individual.

When you placed your first order for a CDWow voucher or any other Pigsback reward you would have been asked to provide your mobile phone number so that a validation code could be sent to you through your mobile phone. This should be entered into the Pigsback screen where you are asked for the validation code, I left Pigsback open at this screen until I received my validation code, but I would think that if you are no longer logged into Pigsback you would probably need to go back to the rewards section and maybe select your CDWow voucher again (not sure about this). This validation process is a once only process and is not repeated every time you order a reward.

After you have entered your validation code, you will need to wait 2-3 days for your CDWow voucher to be emailed to you. If you do not receive it, return to the Pigsback reward section and click on "Collect Rewards" on the left hand side, your CDWow code will also show in this section.

Also don't forget to go through the Pigsback link to CDWow when placing your order, sometimes you get the Piggypoints for your order added to your Piggybank, although this is sometimes not the case if you use a voucher. However, even if you use your voucher you should find that in a few weeks you will be credited with 200 Piggypoints for placing your first order with CDWow through Pigsback.

HTH and enjoy selecting your CD/DVD or whatever else from CDWow.

Just used my TGI Fridays vouchers. Had a great meal and didn't have to worry about the cost.

Only thing was, the bogof voucher that you get along with your £10 leisure voucher, cant be used till 3 Jan, never realised till i got there!

Had enough vouchers to cover the cost of the 2 meals tho......just!!

  • Um I think I've got a problem. What is the Irish site for pigsback? I registered on .com so did my mum and my OH is this the wrong site as i'm in the uk? I don't see any Irish offers on my offers bit. So am I ok? Sorry if this is confusing I just googled it and .com came up as the irish site and I got worried as I've just got the hang of pigsback and dont want the three of us to losse our accounts through my stupidity.

    Thank you

pigsback.com is not the Irish site - you have access to the Irish site ONLY if you put down Ireland as your address. I use the .com address and I am on the uk :)
