I love pigsback I there are a great company!. I also found rather hard to look for answers, crossword and alert piggy points finder so I started a group Piggyback Quest help members reminder to their email address. Fairly new group just started all ready have 30 members!.

my OH just got a survey from pigsback about Ukash for 50-100 points but when he got to the end of the survey the submit button just went to an error page and no points were credited!

try using the contact us part of their website to ask them about it - and use the "I dislike pigsback" option - it seems it gets a quicker response

This happened to my dh too, I've only just persauded him to try Pigsback, now he says he just can't be bothered!

I have given up as they have never sent me my £20.00 I should of received I have emailed them but nothing

I've had various vouchers out of them, (cinema ticket vouchers, high street vouchers, etc), which arrived quite quickly.

Try phoning them - the number is on the "contact us" page - the link can be found at the bottom of every page on Pigsback - you should get more joy that way as they are notoriously poor at answering emails

I signed up (or tried to) on Thursday! My OH is pretty sure she did it on Thursday also
