  • I think when they put Antrim they mean County Antrim so it would be quite possible that 2 people from the same county in Ireland win 2 days in a row. We'll see where the winner is from tomorrow.

Just about to buy books from Amazon as Chrimbo pressies and Pigsback are the only one doing cashback for it. Do their tracking links work? I remembered someone having problems with ASOS ones before.

You reckon?! But Darragh already knows who I am!! You would have thought they'd welcome someone with a user's perspective of the site, and someone who has obviously seen where improvements can be made ...

Hey, PB: If you have an opening for someone who likes writing, but can't quite remember why, or who to, or indeed what, then I'm your man! :)

  • The first competition is a new one (well for me anyway), I think the other's have been posted before - mind you probably useful for some newbies.

  • I am so fed up! Long story, but last Friday Pigsback sent an email to say they were unsubscribing my account, my husband's, my Mum's and my son's because the accounts were flagged as being accessed from one computer. They said the accounts don't meet the criteria of one account per member. These are definitely accounts for individuals, yes they are accessed through one computer, but by different people.

I have sent them an email saying that they are accounts for individuals but as yet have not heard anything back. They did also flag up an Irish account (which was there from the pre-UK days), which had been used, but I have said it will not be used again. This is the only thing that was wrong with the accounts.

This all started because my Mum had enough points to get Boots vouchers, but did not have a mobile phone to get a validation code, so an email was sent to Pigsback asking if they could validate the account. They emailed back and asked for her details saying that this was to prevent duplicate accounts. An email was sent with her details and then the reply came saying they were unsubscribing the accounts.

As I said I have sent them an email apologising for any problems caused and identifying individuals, but not heard anything yet. So warning to all other people, make sure you make them aware if more than one person has a Pigsback account using the same computer.

I know some other MSE members had a problem with this a while ago, please could they let me know the outcome and if they were reinstated did they get their points back and any rewards already applied for. There are several Boots vouchers ordered and somewhere in the region of 5000-6000 points still outstanding on the combined accounts for the individuals.

Darragh, Pigsback, please sort this out. We have all been loyal members and enjoy using Pigsback and Karolina must know who we are from the above details.

Very unhappy Piggies wanting to return to the sty!!!:(

Cuppatea - PHONE THEM - its the easiest way to get this sorted out otherwise it will drag on and on for ages whilst you wait for a reply and then any other replies thereafter. I had this problem before and whilst it was eventually sorted out (and yes we kept the points previously collected) my family missed out on a lot of points in the meantime
